Learn How Aaron Hagan Reached His First Record-Breaking Month Through Teamwork and a Successful System Process

What makes a successful business is its leadership and the ability of that leader to take their company through adversity. This year, Aaron Hagan set the goal to reach his first $1 million months. And, after a lifetime in the electrical service industry and 10+ years as a Mister Sparky owner, Aaron accomplished that goal in July, despite the challenges faced in 2020.

For Aaron, this was an amazing team effort and one that encompassed more than their monthly goal. He spent years putting systems and processes in place to make this million-dollar marker possible. He focused on simple goals such as making recruiting/onboarding software more streamlined and improving efficiency across the board—especially in managing, dispatching, and call taking in a multi-location operation. Aaron also vastly improved training on many levels.

Reaching their goal didn’t come as much of a surprise. “We knew 2020 was the year we would hit a 7-digit month,” said Aaron. “Honestly, when we were planning for the year, we figured we would have everything in place by August and that would be our first million-dollar month. But we hit it a month early in July. I feel very blessed!”
